- If you stay within the Anthem network, you will have lower out of pocket costs

- Animix contributes 84% of the premium for the Medical and Vision plan.

Health Reimbursement Arrangement: Diversified Benefit Services
- The HRA reimburses you a portion of your medical deductible to help keep your out-of-pocket costs down.

- 100% coverage for Diagnostic and Preventive Services which do NOT apply to your annual maximum
- Basic Services are covered at 80%
- Major Services are covered at 50%

PAID HOLIDAYS, VACATION AND SICK DAYS
- All regular full-time employees will earn paid vacation and sick time after 6 months of continuous employment at Animix.
- Unused sick days will accumulate and will be paid out.
- Nine and a half days of paid Holidays per calendar year.
- Paid benefits like vacation, paid sick time, holidays are included in overtime pay calculations.
