CTY RD KW Facility
We have the following capabilities at our plant located on County Road KW that’s approximately 4 miles southwest of the city of Juneau, Wisconsin:
- 4 large blenders with 1,500 to 4,500 lbs. capacity, three with spray bars
- smaller blenders with a capacity between 250 and 500 lbs. (100 – 225 kg).
- The Animix system can accurately blend batch sizes ranging between 50 and 6,600 lbs. (23 to 3,000 kg).
- Mixer uniformity studies are conducted at a pre-scheduled time on every blender to ensure accurate blending every time.
- Although bulk bags are typically packaged in 25 kg or 50 lbs size, Animix has capabilities to package in just about any bulk size packaging required
- Animix offers efficient packaging in a wide assortment of plastic pails of various sizes and shapes.
- Liquid blending and plastic jug filling capabilities
- Large walk-in freezer for direct-fed microbial storage. Staff is trained, blenders equipped and protocols designed for consistent and accurate DFM internal handling and blending.
- Our 3 person customer service staff and 3 person Quality Assurance/Quality Control staff and new extensive laboratory are all located on this site.
- Purchasing staff is also located here
- Adequate warehousing for raw materials and finished goods
- Numerous loadout docks and staging areas
- This plant has full capabilities to back-up our Cross Street facility in case of tragedy or emergency
